the location is good because it is near the bus station, the tram, and the metro. a nearby shop provides convenient access to essentials. the room had enough space (especially appreciated with luggage). the room decor looked very nice.
scandic doesn't have air conditioning in any of their hotels. i visited during summertime and it was uncomfortable. there was some kind of centrally controlled air regulation system. i had no way to adjust it (which was frustrating). kettles are not available in all the rooms.

The breakfast disappointed me. although it was supposed to be available until 10am, some basic items were missing before that time. coffee and croissants were not available. also, the room lacked basic amenities. I did not even find a kettle or tea sachets.

i found the location quite convenient near the bus stop i also appreciated its nearness to the tunnelbana and the waterfront i enjoyed many walks i found a quiet room with a comfortable bed and ample storage spaces for clothes bags and hats i thought the blackout curtains were useful for sleeping well during summer.
i noticed slight wear and tear in some areas despite the cleanliness of the hotel. it was nothing major but i hope they are attended to soon to keep everything pristine.

I enjoyed good food for both breakfast and dinner. The rooms was very clean upon arrival. The staff provided a helpful and kind service. The metro station is near the hotel.
