good location nearby shop nice decor no air conditioning room discomfort unavailable kettle
the location is good because it is near the bus station, the tram, and the metro. a nearby shop provides convenient access to essentials. the room had enough space (especially appreciated with luggage). the room decor looked very nice.
scandic doesn't have air conditioning in any of their hotels. i visited during summertime and it was uncomfortable. there was some kind of centrally controlled air regulation system. i had no way to adjust it (which was frustrating). kettles are not available in all the rooms.

mixed experience, some issues
missing items lacking amenities
The breakfast disappointed me. although it was supposed to be available until 10am, some basic items were missing before that time. coffee and croissants were not available. also, the room lacked basic amenities. I did not even find a kettle or tea sachets.

a sweet escape
convenient location comfortable bed ample storage blackout curtains
i found the location quite convenient near the bus stop i also appreciated its nearness to the tunnelbana and the waterfront i enjoyed many walks i found a quiet room with a comfortable bed and ample storage spaces for clothes bags and hats i thought the blackout curtains were useful for sleeping well during summer.
i noticed slight wear and tear in some areas despite the cleanliness of the hotel. it was nothing major but i hope they are attended to soon to keep everything pristine.

the hotel offers a breakfast buffet with diverse food choices it seemed designed for international guests i especially loved the fresh produce options available each morning the layout was spacious and easy to navigate.

I enjoyed good food for both breakfast and dinner. The rooms looked very clean upon arrival. The staff provided a helpful and kind service. The metro station is near the hotel.

metro station spacious room large bathroom
The hotel is very close to the metro station. I found it easy to get to the city center. The room was spacious (I stayed in a Junior Suite) and clean. The bathroom was also large.

the breakfast offered a large variety of items. it included several options for different diets. the family room had ample space and was clean. it met my needs for a shorter stay. the location also offered very good transport links.
